What is interactive fiction?

In interactive fiction, also called text adventures, you explore a story by typing — or saying — what you want to do. The game describes a place; you decide what happens next.

• Examine everything Clues, exits, and useful items hide in the descriptions — read closely and look at whatever catches your eye.
